    •    Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

    •    Refunds are applicable only for damaged or defective products reported within 24 hours              of delivery, supported with photo/video proof.
    •    Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment                    method.
